Description:
The Day Hiroshima Fell Silent is an original artwork by renowned artist, inventor, and researcher Alhaz GK Mushahid, created as a powerful artistic reflection on the human tragedy caused by the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in 1945.
The artwork depicts the devastating moment of the atomic explosion over Hiroshima, representing immense destruction and suffering. The words “The Shattered Earth” beneath the artwork symbolise how nuclear warfare can shatter not only human lives and communities, but also nature, hope, and the future of generations yet to come.
More than a historical image, the artwork serves as a visual warning against war and nuclear weapons. Through this work, the artist seeks to preserve the memory of Hiroshima and deliver a timeless message of peace, humanity, and “Never Again.”
The artwork is created on real thin-tailed sheepskin, using Keratin-Collagen Lock Technology, an innovative artistic canvas developed through Alhaz GK Mushahid’s research.
