- Other Issues: Report within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
- Customers must contact us within the specified time.
- The product should be unused and resalable.
- It must be in the original packaging (including the box, tags).
- All accessories and free gifts must be included.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide/upload required images and videos to assist in the investigation.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Stock Photos or Digital Artwoks has no return and refund policy.
