Return Policy Overview

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective product, or a product with missing parts, our support team is here to assist you.

Return Window:

  • Damaged Products: Report within 2 days of delivery.
  • Other Issues: Report within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

  1. Customers must contact us within the specified time.
  2. The product should be unused and resalable.
  3. It must be in the original packaging (including the box, tags).
  4. All accessories and free gifts must be included.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue.
  • Provide/upload required images and videos to assist in the investigation.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Stock Photos or Digital Artwoks has no return and refund policy.
